Firm founder Claudia A. Baio has been in practice for over 20 years in the areas of insurance law and civil litigation. In keeping with the firm's primary focus, Ms. Baio has assembled a team of experienced attorneys who have focused their legal careers primarily in the areas of insurance defense and personal injury litigation. Ms. Baio served as an adjunct professor at University of Connecticut and as an author and lecturer to insurance carriers on insurance coverage issues.

Members of the firm are admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Connecticut, as well as courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Michigan, and Washington, D.C. Our office is conveniently located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, just minutes from Hartford and easily accessible from Interstates 91 and 84.
